1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using XMRplus mining platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By using XMRplus, you represent that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
3. Mining Services
XMRplus provides access to Monero mining hardware and facilities. Returns are estimates and not guaranteed. Actual returns may vary based on network difficulty, electricity costs, and other factors.
4. Deposits and Withdrawals
Minimum deposit: $1,000 USD worth of XMR. Minimum withdrawal: $1,000 USD worth of XMR. Withdrawal requests are processed within 24-48 hours after admin approval.
5. Fees
Mining plans include maintenance fees deducted from returns. Network transaction fees apply to withdrawals. All fees are transparently displayed on your dashboard.
6. Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. XMRplus is not liable for unauthorized access due to compromised passwords.
7. Prohibited Activities
You may not use XMRplus for any illegal activities, money laundering, or fraudulent transactions. Violation will result in immediate account termination.
8. Limitation of Liability
XMRplus is not responsible for losses due to market volatility, network attacks, or force majeure events. Mining is an investment with inherent risks.
9. Amendments
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
